Destin is called the 'World's Luckiest Fishing Village' and hosts the largest fishing tournament in the country for the entire month of October called the 'Destin Fishing Rodeo' that brings anglers from all parts of the USA to participate. Take the short walk from your unit to the dock and hop on your boat and you only are a short ride to the east pass. There you can hang a right, go past the renown 'Crab Island' sandbar where hundreds of boaters anchor up with fellow boaters for a wonderful day on the water or continue to some of the most pristine water for inshore fishing for redfish, speckled trout, flounder and other species. Or you can hang a left out of the pass to the Gulf of America and enjoy the consistently impressive catches of grouper and red snapper the gulf has to offer.

Supplements: Once back at your dock there is a cleaning table available for you to clean your catch and take it to one of the many restaurants on the harbor and they will "cook you catch" for a fantastic dinner on the harbor. The building has a new 50 year roof, the elevator has been upgraded to meet the new codes, the pool has received new plumbing and has been resurfaced. The pool deck has new pavers and lighting, there was a 1.4M investment made to replace the retaining wall, ramp to the docks, and new handrails. All units have hurricane impact windows and doors. There is a new fence on the west side of the property and new landscaping around the property. The electrical service has been upgraded with a new distribution panel and switch gear to meet code. The material is on site and construction on a new 6 slip boat dock is underway, one slip is assigned to each unit. Units have new AC unit and unit has 1 tandem and 1 single assigned parking spaces
