The reverse floorplan was an astute choice, it creates a primary living area that perfectly captures views of the Gulf of America. With the living area being on the top floor, the private elevator adds a convenience factor that's hard to overstate in a three-story home. In addition, I love that the first floor has a lockout suite! It creates a floor plan that allows for multiple generations of a family to stay at the property and feel like they're together but that they also have their own space to retreat to. The concrete privacy wall around the pool is another underrated feature, its height makes you feel secure and at ease, and the outdoor natural-gas grill is perfect for entertaining and making memories around the pool during the beautiful Florida Summer. The property is located in flood zone X, the highest & best designation in our area. HVACs were both replaced in 2021. Enclave at Inlet Beach is a gated neighborhood located only a short, 3-minute walk away from one of Inlet Beach's most quiet public beach accesses. Nestled next to Camp Helen State Park, this subdivision benefits from the lack of through-streets from Highway 98 and undeveloped, state-owned land to its East. The resulting tranquility is hard to replicate in other sections of 30a.
