Growing up in rural Northwest Georgia, Susan fell in love with the Emerald Coast at a young age during beach vacations with her family. Decades later, she and her husband would relocate their family there from Atlanta in search of a simpler lifestyle.

Before gaining her real estate licensure in 2013, Susan worked as a middle school teacher and later educated her children and others through homeschool tutorials and co-ops. Soon after, she began successfully staging and selling personal properties, allowing her to realize a long-term aspiration of joining her mortgage-consultant husband in the real estate industry. She partnered with La Florida Coastal Properties to serve as a passionate advocate and trusted advisor to buyers and sellers. Combining her educational background and expertise of the 30A area, she works competitively on behalf of clients and walks them through every step of the transactional process. In addition to staying abreast on the latest local market trends, Susan enjoys the vibrant community and events her beach town boasts.

Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church and loves exploring bike trails, farmers’ markets, outdoor music, and theater productions on the 30A corridor with her family. Her absolute favorite are beach days spent with her granddaughters whenever they visit. After nearly 20 years, she still marvels over the rare beauty of the Emerald Coast and feels incredibly blessed to call it “home”.
