Ron Godwin

Ron AKA "Ron Your Next Agent" is a 24-year local to the panhandle, with an Associate in Science from Northwest Florida State College. He and his wife Erika live in the Fort Walton Beach area, and they enjoy driving Scenic Hwy 98 in Destin to watch the sunset. One of his fondest memories is driving on Front Beach Drive in Panama City Beach in the early 2000’s and watching the Emerald Coast and its changes.

Licensed since 2019, he embarked on focusing on being the best agent he could be. His endorsements include, SRP (Short Sales and Foreclosure’s), MRP and FMS (Military Relocation Professional and Florida Military Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), PSA (Pricing Strategies Advisor), along with a GRI certification. Recently, he also graduated from the 2023 leadership program of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.

His future goal is to become a developer, and design stunning homes on the Emerald Coast; and all around the world.
