What makes Kay so unique and successful is her good fortune to be the daughter of diplomats and the wife of a Senior Corporate Executive affording her to the opportunity to grow up and live around the world .  Kay’s life experiences and travels give her an intimate understanding and appreciation of a myriad of residential niches and markets.  

Kay is known for her integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings . Her main goal is to understand her client’s needs which builds long term relationships . While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a down to earth partner who simplifies a process that can often be stressful.

Kay began her Real Estate career in the late 80’s in the thriving community of Orange County California.  Kay grew with the community and was very successful in selling numerous homes.  She decided to take time off raising her children and when her family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in early 2000, she once again returned to a career she loved, real estate.   Kay was named one of the top 100 Realtors in the Greater Atlanta area with nearly a dozen Realtors on her team with her focus on high-end new construction homes and new subdivisions.  Kay altered her strategy with the downturn in 2008 representing investors, banks and the FDIC in owned real estate transactions "ORE".  Kay and her husband are experienced real estate investors and understand the risks and benefits associated in buying and selling real estate.

Before moving to 30A, Kay and her family enjoyed vacationing in the Emerald Coast for many years and purchased second home vacation properties.  In 2015 they decided to make Grayton Beach their home as they truly believe there is no place more beautiful than the Emerald Coast!
