Gay Landreth is the co-founder and Managing Member of La Florida. Gay has spearheaded numerous development projects from conceptualization to closing. Her leadership results in a seamless incorporation of the developer's concept and the architect's vision into a comprehensive marketing plan for execution. In 1980, Gay was involved in selling the first beachfront tower built at Sandestin, she brokered the first high-rise on the Destin Harbor, and worked closely with the developer to conceptualize, market, and sell the largest gulf-front condominium on the beaches of Destin. Since that time, she has brokered and sold successful resort projects and neighborhoods from Destin to Daytona Beach Shores.

Gay is a dynamic motivator and expert in the field of real estate, leading sales teams to successful sell-outs of resort communities. Her consulting expertise has led to the planning of one of the largest scale developments to be built in the Destin area.
