Matt joined La Florida in 2005 and is working to share his knowledge of the Emerald Coast with customers across the country. Matt is currently in the process of obtaining his architectural license and plans to combine this invaluable knowledge with his real estate expertise.

Prior to joining La Florida, Matt assisted in the design and project management of custom homes built in signature neighborhoods and resorts along the Emerald Coast.
His architectural knowledge helped him overcome the rigorous architectural requirements along the 30A corridor and gave him a unique appreciation for the beauty of this area.

Always the self-starter, Matt owned and operated his own lawn service and landscape company while attending the University of Kansas and earning a bachelor’s of architecture. Matt has an extensive design background, entrepreneurial spirit, and experience of managing his own real estate investments providing a unique opportunity to assist his customers with their properties. While attending the University of Kansas, Matt spent a summer abroad working for an architect in Paris and has traveled throughout Europe.
